It is possible to provide the Owner an Equity position created from the savings generated by use of panelized homes. This could mean $0 down for land, site development, and home construction. When a new homeowner does not have at least 20% down or a 20% equity position in the new home, the lending institution requires "Mortgage Insurance" which is added to the monthly mortgage payment. This can add thousands of dollars a year to a Home Owner's mortgage payments. With our panelized homes, it is possible for the Home Owner to have a 20% Equity (or higher - depending on the use of "Sweat Equity") upon completion of their panelized home.
